2 tb Lard; or butter
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
2 ea Eggs
1 pt Sour milk

Mix all together and bake in moderate over.

Note: Moderate oven is 350 – 400 F. No time is given, assume 45 – 60
minutes.
