Bunny’s Farfel Kugel

Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method

2 cups matzo farfel
1 cup boiling water
3 large eggs
4 ounces margarine — melted
1/2 cup sugar — up to 3/4 cup
Cinnamon — a few shakes
1/2 cup white raisins
soak in hot water for 1 hour
1 small can sliced peaches
1 small can pineapple chunks in juice — drained
1 medium can pitted black cherries — drained
1 peeled tart apple — thinly sliced

OVEN: 350
Grease a baking pan.

Mix together matzo farfel and boiling water. Mix in eggs, one at a
time.

Mix all remaining ingredients together and add to farfel mixture. Bake
for
45 minutes (or til brown.)

cooled one day ahead.
