Title: Marinated Cucumbers

Yield: 6 servings

6 lg Cucumbers, sliced 1/2 t Seasoned salt;
1 lg Onion; chopped 2 tb Olive Oil;
3/4 c Rice vinegar; 1/8 tb Pepper; coarsly ground

Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well.
Cover. Refrigerate four to six hours. Serve with salad, or
by itself.
