4 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Green pepper,cubed
1 Yellow pepper, cubed
1/2 Hot pepper, chopped
3 tb Olive oil
3 tb Red wine vinegar
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tb Chopped parsley
1 tb Chili powder
2 c Cooked pasta
1/2 c Jack cheese, cubed
2 tb Sunflower seeds

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine oil,
vinegar, garlic, parsley, chili powder, salt pepper
to taste. Pour over vegetablemixture. Stir in cooked
pasta, sprinkle with cheese and sunflower seeds, toss.
Chill.
